I stayed 8 days w/ my friend in Dolphin. Hot water, clean room and emergency light in the room during the power cut hour. Both the boss and the staff are very kind. The only problem is it is a little bit noisy as it's located close to the local residential area and at the edge of Thamel. But if you prefer this kind of experience that you could see the local people's window and balcony and their daily life, this will be a good choice.
