我和我儿子住在这里因为我儿子要在第二天早上接受膝盖手术。我们在早上5:20离开酒店到医院登记做手术。我和前台的员工联系告诉他们我们会在下午的时候从医院回来并且确认当我们回来的时候钥匙要能够用。当我们回来想要进屋的时候发现我们被锁在外面了。我给前台打电话叫吉米派个人拿把钥匙上来,可是我却被告知我要等一会儿因为他正忙着给别人登记入住... 显示更多
